The Graphics and Media Arts Department at the Faculty of Arts and Design at October University Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is inviting you to an enriching educational experience entitled “Arabic Letters in Design & Composition” given by the artist Sameh Ismael.
This event will expose attendees to the integration of traditional art forms, specifically Arabic calligraphy, into modern branding and identity design. Moreover, this event aims to foster a deeper understanding of cultural aesthetics and emphasize the importance of cultural heritage in design.
About the Speaker:
Sameh Ismael is an experienced Calligrapher /Visual Artist / Lecturer, a well-established Artist both in Egypt and abroad.
Ismail started to work as a Graphic Designer for Egyptian Television (from 1998 until 2006). He founded his private studio in 2015 and entered the academic field in 2019.
