Reem Hasan Obaydo, Researcher and Lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ebla Private University, Syria, will deliver a talk titled:
“The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Modern Analytical Chemistry (Current Trends and Future Directions)”
Dr. Obaydo is an award-winning researcher recognized by the OWSD–Elsevier Foundation (2025) and L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Levant Young Talents (2025), with expertise in eco-friendly pharmaceutical analysis and AI-driven workflows.

Mary Fared, Senior Forensic Chemist at the Egyptian Forensic Medicine Authority, Ministry of Justice, and Teaching Assistant at MSA University
will present a talk titled:
“From Lab to Field: Sustainable and Advanced Analytical Strategies in Modern Forensic Science”

Dr. Fared specializes in forensic toxicology, advanced instrumental analysis, and quality management systems in forensic laboratories. Temporomandibular Disorders Uncovered: A Multidisciplinary Journey from Diagnosis to Management

The Faculty of Dentistry at October University For Modern Sciences And Arts (MSA) is pleased to announce a specialized Scientific Day on Temporomandibular Disorders (TMDs), designed to provide an integrated, evidence-based understanding of TMDs through a multidisciplinary perspective combining orthodontics and oral and maxillofacial surgery.

This academic event aims to enhance diagnostic accuracy, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and introduce contemporary management strategies among postgraduate, master’s, and doctoral dental professionals. Participants will gain advanced clinical insights and engage in meaningful scientific dialogue that bridges current research with practical clinical applications for complex TMD cases.

The Microbiology and Immunology Department at the Faculty of Pharmacy, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is conducting a scientific day under the title “Intelligent Health: Integrating AI in Public Health Surveillance and Microbial Diagnostics” highlighting the powerful fusion of microbiology and artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping the future of healthcare.

Our Level 3 students from Medical Microbiology (1) will showcase innovative posters on AI-assisted differential diagnosis of bacterial and fungal infections, demonstrating how smart technologies can enhance the accuracy and speed of clinical diagnosis and antimicrobial decision-making.

Building on this, Level 5 Public Health students will explore how AI is transforming disease surveillance, pandemic preparedness, and antimicrobial resistance control, paving the way for smarter, data-driven public health systems.
