<p class="wp-block-paragraph">October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) proudly celebrates the achievement of Mona Hassan Sakr, an Architecture Engineering graduate from the Faculty of Engineering, whose photograph, “Between Two Worlds,” was selected as the first feature in the Grand Egyptian Museum’s #FramingGEM initiative.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Launched on World Photography Day, the #FramingGEM initiative highlights visitors’ unique visual perspectives of the Grand Egyptian Museum and celebrates creative interpretations of its architecture, collections, and cultural identity.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Through “Between Two Worlds,” Mona captures a striking visual dialogue between Egypt’s ancient heritage and the contemporary architecture of the Grand Egyptian Museum, using reflection to bring the two worlds together within a single frame.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The photograph also received further recognition by being featured on Al-Ahram Style’s official website and Instagram page, extending the reach of Mona’s work and highlighting the creative perspective behind the image.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mona Hassan Sakr is an architect and MSA Architecture Engineering graduate, as well as the photographer behind Through My Lens (@jpgthroughmylens), where she explores architecture, spaces, and visual storytelling through photography.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This achievement reflects the creativity and multidisciplinary perspective of MSA graduates, demonstrating how architectural knowledge and artistic vision can come together to present Egypt’s heritage through a distinctive contemporary lens.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) and the Faculty of Management Sciences proudly celebrate the outstanding achievement of Ahmed Khaled Mohamed, who secured First Place Nationwide in the Mobile Application (Senior) category at the Robotex Egypt competition.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This exceptional accomplishment has qualified Ahmed to represent the Arab Republic of Egypt at the Robotex International Grand Finals, which will be held in the Republic of Korea (South Korea). He will compete in the Mobile Application (Senior) category alongside participants from around the world.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ahmed’s award-winning project is an innovative mobile application developed to support and promote tourism in Egypt. The application enables tourists to explore Egyptian cities by providing comprehensive information about destinations and tourist attractions, complemented by images and informative content. It also features an interactive mission and reward system designed to encourage visitors to discover more locations across the country.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In addition, the application includes an integrated map of Egyptian cities and a navigation system that guides users efficiently from their current location to their selected destination or tourist attraction, enhancing the overall travel experience.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As part of his preparation for the international finals, Ahmed is currently expanding the application by introducing new features and capabilities, aiming to further demonstrate Egyptian innovation and technological excellence on the global stage.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement by students from the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Management Sciences, whose graduation project has been selected among the Top 100 projects nationwide in the Entrepreneurial Graduation Projects (eGP) Competition, organized by the Innovators Support Fund (ISF) under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">MSA University participated in the competition with six graduation projects, with one project successfully advancing to the prestigious Top 100 list, reflecting the University’s commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The selected project, “AI-Powered Smart City Traffic Flow Management,” utilizes Artificial Intelligence technologies to optimize urban traffic systems, reduce congestion, and support the development of smart city infrastructure. The project demonstrates a strong combination of technical innovation, practical problem-solving, and entrepreneurial vision, aligning with the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030 and the future of sustainable urban development.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Faculty of Engineering at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) proudly celebrates a remarkable national achievement, as Architecture Teaching Assistant Mohamed Saad Mahmoud has been ranked among the Top 50 projects in the Egyptian Graduation Project 3.0 Competition, organized by We Are Desco and sponsored by Aedas, out of more than 800 projects across Egypt.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The project, “Textile Craft and Culture Center in Akhmim”, known as “Harfetna”, is a cultural and educational hub that aims to revive traditional textile crafts, support local artisans, and create a dynamic environment for learning, production, and exhibition. The project bridges heritage with contemporary design, celebrating the identity of Akhmim as a historic center for textile craftsmanship.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Developed under the coordination of Dr. Omar Fawzy and supervision of Dr. Shereen Abou Dagher, with the support of Arch.
