With great pride and honor, Dr. Nawal El-Degwi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, Professor Dr. Nader El Bokle, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Tarek Saleh, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, inaugurated the Faculty of Arts and Design’s annual exhibition, HARVEST 14. The opening was attended by leaders in higher education, specialized university professors, industry experts, faculty members, and teaching assistants.<\/p>\n\n

This year’s HARVEST 14 exhibition marks a significant milestone in our academic journey. It showcases our students’ ability to connect profound philosophical concepts with masterful technical execution across our four specialized departments.<\/p>\n\n

Integrating Tradition and Technology<\/p>\n\n

Our curriculum is based on a dual educational approach: honoring the richness of our cultural heritage while pioneering the integration of emerging technologies and ensuring early market readiness.<\/p>\n\n

Cinema and Theater: Students transformed global masterpieces and Egyptian heritage into visual-spatial experiences, using cutting-edge AI-powered design techniques to explore the harmony between human vision and computing power in response to contemporary challenges.<\/p>\n\n

Interior Design: This exhibition reflects a blend of academic theory and professional practice, focusing on human-centered careers and sustainable global trends.<\/p>\n\n

Technical mastery and professional readiness: We place great emphasis on the design-to-production pathway to ensure our graduates are prepared for the modern industrial job market.<\/p>\n\n

Graphic Design and Advertising: Our students demonstrate technical prowess through 3D design and strategic thinking, solving complex visual problems that resonate with global audiences.<\/p>\n\n

Fashion Design: The collection showcases specialized craftsmanship, from batik and hand-dyeing to exquisite mannequin art, transforming raw materials into tangible products and values.<\/p>\n\n
