The October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University), Egypt, is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yunnan Arts University (YAU), China. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in fostering international cooperation in the fields of art, design, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n\n

The MoU was signed between Professor Prof. Nader Elbokle, President of MSA University, and Prof. Li Jianyu, Chairman of the University Council and the Academic Affairs Committee of Yunnan University of Fine Arts, in the presence of Prof.Dr. Tarek Saleh, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, a delegation from Yunnan University of Fine Arts, and faculty members of the college.<\/p>\n\n

A Bridge Between Egyptian and Chinese Art and Culture<\/p>\n\n

Under the agreement, both universities will work closely to promote mutual understanding and creative exchange through joint initiatives such as art and cultural exhibitions, performances, academic seminars, and collaborative research projects. The partnership also encourages faculty and student exchange programs, joint art projects, and shared opportunities in artistic creation, innovation, and publication.<\/p>\n\n

This cooperation reflects MSA’s commitment to nurturing international artistic dialogue and creativity . “By working with Yunnan Arts University, one of China’s leading institutions for arts education, our Faculty of Arts and Design will gain a valuable global perspective while contributing Egypt’s rich artistic heritage to the world stage.”<\/p>\n\n

The MoU reinforces both institutions’ shared vision to promote cultural understanding and professional development among artists, scholars, and students.
