The event aimed to showcase innovative visual storytelling projects by students in the field of Visual Journalism, where they presented outstanding works that narrate real-life stories from society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The judging panel included a distinguished group of professional photographers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amr Nabil \u2013 Chief Photographer at Associated Press and founder of the Photographers Division at the Journalists\u2019 Syndicate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adel Mobarez \u2013 Independent photojournalist specializing in portrait photography, particularly in the artistic field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Galal El-Messiri \u2013 International judge, photographer, and professor at Nile International University. He is also a member of the General Secretariat of the Union of Arab Egyptians (UAP) and Deputy Director of Photography at Masrawy, specializing in street photography and capturing human emotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury announced the winners of the &#8220;Lens of Truth Award&#8221;, with the top five positions awarded to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Judy Ahmed \u2013 Carnavalia<br>\ud83e\udd48 Wedad Maher \u2013 Be with You in Your Journey<br>\ud83e\udd49 Laila Ahmed* \u2013 Love After 70<br>\ud83c\udfc5 Malak Mohamed* \u2013 The Soul of the Village<br>\ud83c\udf96\ufe0f Rola Hamada \u2013 Breaking Down to Build Up<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This celebration was the result of collaboration between the Journalism and Broadcasting departments, reinforcing the faculty\u2019s role in honing students&#8217; skills and preparing them for professional careers in media.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) hosted the &#8220;Stories Through the Lens&#8221; event under the patronage of Professor Dr. Amani Fahmy, Dean of the Faculty, and supervised by Dr. Fieby Raouf.
