After analyzing the needs in the health sector for professional communication skills, the faculty of Mass Communication under the leadership of its Dean, Dr. Ibtessam ElGindi, conducted a training to the nurses of Wadi El-Neel hospital to enhance their communication skills as well as their interaction with patients. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two-day coaching program took place in the newly opened training section at the hospital to tens of nurses.The help of the faculty members :Dr. Maha El-Tarabishi, Dr. Eman Mosharafa, Dr. Noha Samir, Ms. Hanaa Marei, and Ms. Mary Habib who conducted the coaching program was highly appreciated by the participants as well as the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this sense, Wadi El-Neel hospital celebrated MSA instructors. The management of the hospital has asked for creating a protocol with MSA university after they found magnificent and effective results with the nurses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MSA continues to play a leading role in elevating the professional standards of the Egyptian community.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MSA is leading a new initiative to serve the Egyptian community !
