Trip to El-Tatweer Animal Feed Production Plant

The Faculty of Biotechnology organised a trip to “El-Tatweer” animal feed production plant for students enrolled in the “Industrial Projects” course. The plant specializes in producing innovative animal feed ingredients and products using new technologies in order to enhance their nutritional value.

90 students and 5 assisting staff members visited the plant so the students could gain insights into how the plant operates and to give students inspiration to innovate in the same field.

The animal feed industry certainly offers abundant opportunities and students have shown enthusiasm for undertaking research projects related to the production of animal feed.
