										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Malak Mahmoud, Mai Shehata, and Radwa Kamal — the team from the Faculty of Biotechnology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) — participated in the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) Conference held in Alexandria!</p>



<p>The team presented a scientific poster as part of the conference &#8220;Embracing the Complexity of Mental Health: Neuroscientific Foundations and Novel Interventions,&#8221; organized by the World Psychiatric Association. Their participation reflects the faculty’s support for integrating scientific research with societal and medical applications. Their project showcased how biotechnological tools can enhance our understanding of human neurological and mental health.</p>



<p>This outstanding research was conducted in the Prototype Research Lab at the Faculty of Biotechnology, under the supervision of:</p>

<p>With great pride, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) extends its heartfelt congratulations to Marwan Serry, graduate of the Faculty of Mass Communication, as he officially joins the ownership group of Dagenham &amp; Redbridge FC, an established English football club.</p>



<p>Marwan Serry is the visionary founder of &#8220;Arcade&#8221; Digital Production Studio and the creator of the hugely popular football YouTube channel “Erza3”. With over 2 million subscribers and a social media presence that exceeds 5 million followers across various platforms, Marwan has built one of the most influential Arabic voices in global sports media.</p>



<p>Through this remarkable achievement, Marwan Serry has become a pioneer, reshaping how the Arab world connects with English football, offering fresh, relatable, and inspiring content that bridges cultures and communities.</p>

<p>The event was further enriched by motivational speeches from various faculty members, including the Vice Dean Prof. Maha El Tarabishi Director of Student Affairs Dr. Yasmin Osama, and Dr. Hala El Zahed, head of distinguished students committee who shared insights and personal anecdotes. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Department of Biomechanics at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), continues to shine with outstanding accomplishments on the international stage. During the “3rd International Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Congress”, held under the patronage of Skylife and the International Society of Ergonomics (ISE), MSA University students secured top positions in the final evaluations of the First Occupational Ergonomics Course in Egypt.</p>



<p><strong>Student Achievements:</strong></p>



<p>Second Place: The team of Antonious Samy, Marwan Hamdan, Bola Eskandar, and Malak El-Banna excelled with their innovative project titled: &#8220;Integrating Ergonomics with Art, Design, and Engineering.&#8221;</p>



<p>Third Place: The team comprising Assistant Lecturers Ahmed Samir, Heba Mohamed, Yasmin Magdy, and student Youssef Islam impressed with their project: &#8220;Carpentry Workshop Ergonomics.&#8221;</p>



<p>The victorious participants also earned prestigious international certification as trainers from the International Society of Ergonomics, underscoring the department’s commitment to academic excellence and practical application.</p>



<p><strong>Faculty Contributions:</strong></p>



<p>Prof. Olfat Diab, Dean of Faculty Of Physical Therapy and an esteemed member of the Department of Biomechanics, made a significant impact at the conference. She chaired a special session and delivered a keynote lecture titled &#8220;Ergonomics for Everyone,&#8221; emphasizing the importance of applying ergonomic principles to enhance quality of life and prevent workplace injuries.</p>



<p><strong>Additional Recognitions:</strong></p>



<p>The conference also highlighted exceptional research efforts from faculty members: Dr. Omnia Said (Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Department) and Dr. Shaimaa Abdel Rahim (Pediatrics Department) were honored for their research titled: &#8220;Inspiratory Muscle Trainer Versus Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercise on 6-Minute Walk Test in Adolescent Girls with End-Stage Renal Disease.&#8221;</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>October University For Modern Sciences And Arts (MSA), Faculty of Arts and Design proudly announces the remarkable achievement of its Interior Design graduates in the 10+5+X World Architecture Awards 2024, hosted by the prestigious World Architecture Community. These awards honor groundbreaking designs that redefine creativity and innovation, sparking meaningful conversations about the future of architecture and modern design.</p>



<p>This year’s featured graduation projects, titled &#8220;Practical Solutions in Response to Climate Change,&#8221; stood out for their inventive and sustainable approaches to addressing environmental challenges. From Fayoum to Siwa, and Qena to Sharm El-Sheikh, the projects demonstrated the students’ commitment to their surroundings, incorporating locally sourced eco-friendly materials and renewable energy technologies, Under the academic supervision of Prof. Dr. Ola Ali Hashem, Prof. Dr. Sadika Abdel Shakoor, Prof. Dr. Hoda Madkour, and Teaching Assistant Professor Karam Abdullah.</p>

<p>Her outstanding performance also serves as an indication of her determination, hard work and unwavering support that she has received from our Sports and Social Activities Department, We have admired exceptional athleticism as well as good sportsmanship portrayed by Samar under our revered coaches.</p>
