وقعت أ.د ناهد صبحي عميد كلية الهندسة اتفاقية تعاون بحثي مع مركز المجتمع بجامعة هونغ كونغ للعلوم والتكنولوجيا (قوانغتشو)

وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى توسيع مجالات التعاون في البحث العلمي المشترك، وتبادل الباحثين والطلاب، وتطوير مشروعات بحثية مبتكرة في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والذكاء المكاني، وتحليلات البيانات الحضرية، والحوكمة العمرانية، بما يسهم في تقديم حلول علمية للتحديات المجتمعية، ودعم بناء مدن أكثر ذكاءً واستدامة

كما تجسد هذه الشراكة التزام الجامعة بدعم أهداف رؤية مصر 2030، من خلال تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والبحثي الدولي، وإعداد كوادر علمية قادرة على الإسهام في صياغة مستقبل المجتمعات الذكية والتنمية المستدامة على المستويين المحلي والعالمي

In a strategic step that reflects MSA University’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships, advancing scientific research and innovation, and fostering the exchange of knowledge and expertise in the fields of smart cities and sustainable development,

Prof. Dr. Nahed Sobhi, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, signed a Research Collaboration Agreement with the Society Hub at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) – HKUST(GZ).

The agreement aims to:

• Expanding opportunities for joint scientific research and collaborative academic initiatives.
• Facilitating the exchange of researchers, faculty members, and students between both institutions.
• Developing innovative research projects in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Spatial Intelligence, Urban Data Analytics, and Urban Governance.
• Supporting the development of science-based solutions to address societal and urban challenges.
• Contributing to the advancement of smarter, more sustainable, and resilient cities through interdisciplinary research and innovation.
• Strengthening international academic collaboration and promoting the exchange of expertise and best practices.

This partnership also reflects the University’s commitment to supporting the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030 by enhancing international academic and research cooperation and preparing highly qualified researchers and professionals capable of contributing to the future of smart communities and sustainable development at both the national and global levels.
