MSA University and the National Council for Women: A Partnership to Support Women’s Empowerment and Equal Opportunities

In line with the Egyptian state’s commitment to women’s empowerment and the implementation of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030, launched by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and as part of ongoing efforts to promote justice and equality within society, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) has signed a cooperation protocol with the National Council for Women. This partnership aims to support the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination between genders.

The protocol was signed by Prof. Dr. Nader El-Bokle, President of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), and Her Excellency Counselor Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women. The agreement focuses on raising awareness and promoting a culture of equality through organizing awareness seminars and training workshops for students, faculty members, and staff within the university campus.

The partnership also includes supporting and activating the role of the “Equal Opportunities and Non-Discrimination Unit” at the university, which was established by a decision of the University President. Prof. Soha Raafat, Dean of the Faculty of Languages, has been assigned to coordinate between the university and the National Council for Women, contributing to the development of an educational environment grounded in justice, equality, and respect for diversity.

Engy Mansour, Director of the Human Resources Department and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, who obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Cairo University with a thesis titled “The Relationship between Artificial Intelligence Implementation, E-recruitment, Employee turnover intention, and collaborative human-artificial intelligence”.

Professor Dr. Nawal El-Degwi, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, announces and congratulates the issuance of the ministerial decree approving the appointment of H.E. Professor Dr. Nader Elbokle as President of October University for Modern Sciences
and Arts (MSA).

The selection of H.E. Professor Dr. Nader Elbokle is a recognition of his extensive academic and administrative expertise in higher education institutions over many years, in addition to his remarkable scientific achievements and impactful contributions to the development of educational policies, the accreditation of academic programs, and the establishment of innovative learning environments based on quality and excellence.

H.E. MSA University’s Faculty of Arts and Design Achieves NAQAAE Accreditation for Five Years

The Faculty of Arts and Design at MSA University Achieves Accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) for a period of five years.

In a significant achievement that adds to the academic excellence of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), the Faculty of Arts and Design has obtained institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). The decision was officially approved by the Authority’s Board of Directors in its session held on November 26, 2025.

The University administration affirmed that this recognition is the outcome of the collective efforts of faculty members, teaching assistants, administrative staff, and students. MSA University further reiterated its dedication to advancing its academic and research programs, strengthening its position as a pioneering institution in the fields of Arts and Design.

October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is excited to announce that applications are now open to join the MSA Hult Prize Board for this season!

This is your chance to become part of a global movement, develop real leadership skills, and work on impactful projects that create social change.

We are currently recruiting motivated students for several board positions:
* Deputy Campus Director
* Events Team Director
* Experts & Judges support team Director
* Marketing & Communications Director
* Partnerships & Collaborations Director
* Startups Support Team Director

Additionally, the top-performing board member who demonstrates outstanding leadership, commitment, and results throughout the year will be selected next season as the Campus Director.

As a Campus Director, if you successfully run the program and meet the Hult Prize requirements, you will become eligible for a Master’s Scholarship from Hult Business School , a renowned university with three campuses (Boston, London, and Dubai). It’s also triple-accredited (AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS), a status held by only 1% of business schools worldwide.

N.B: Earning a scholarship does not guarantee acceptance, applicants must fulfill the universities admission requirements

Eligible Master’s programs include:
* Master’s in Management
* Master’s in Marketing
* Master’s in Finance
* Master’s in Business Analytics
* Specialization tracks available

Hult prize timeline:

Start of January: Call for startups to join the On-Campus Competition
End of February: Deadline for all applications
Start of March: Results of the On-Campus competition to be published (Representing MSA on the local stage)
End of July: Winning teams will represent MSA in the Hult Prize National Competition (Winning teams from the National Competition will represent Egypt on the global stage)
September: Hult prize Global Final Competition to be hosted in London, UK
