Visual Storytelling Field Trip: Exploring Al-Muizz Street

As part of the experiential learning activities offered students from the Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) embarked on a Photography Walk Trip designed to enrich their practical skills and deepen their understanding of visual storytelling.

A total of 85 students from the Faculty participated in this hands-on field experience under the supervision of Mr. Hesham Abdalla, Teaching Assistants Rana Essam and Nadine El-Zohairy, the trip took place along the historic Al-Muizz Street, one of Cairo’s most iconic heritage sites.

Throughout the walk, students explored and documented the area’s unique architecture, cultural richness, and everyday life scenes, applying the principles and techniques they have learned in their courses.
