The Department of Basic Sciences at the Faculty of Physical Therapy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is organizing its inaugural student conference, titled “Theory to Application: Advancing Basic Sciences in Physical Therapy.”

The conference emphasizes bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications in various cases and explores the integration of artificial intelligence into the field of physical therapy.

Physical therapists are movement experts who optimize the quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education. Our physical therapy program will prepare you to become a compassionate, ethical practitioner who will help patients to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Therefore, this conference targets to develop the skills in the fields of physiotherapy basic sciences including: Therapeutic exercises, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, tests and measurements in different pathological case studies.
