A new initiative to serve the Egyptian community

MSA is leading a new initiative to serve the Egyptian community ! After analyzing the needs in the health sector for professional communication skills, the faculty of Mass Communication under the leadership of its Dean, Dr. Ibtessam ElGindi, conducted a training to the nurses of Wadi El-Neel hospital to enhance their communication skills as well as their interaction with patients. .

The two-day coaching program took place in the newly opened training section at the hospital to tens of nurses.The help of the faculty members :Dr. Maha El-Tarabishi, Dr. Eman Mosharafa, Dr. Noha Samir, Ms. Hanaa Marei, and Ms. Mary Habib who conducted the coaching program was highly appreciated by the participants as well as the management.

In this sense, Wadi El-Neel hospital celebrated MSA instructors. The management of the hospital has asked for creating a protocol with MSA university after they found magnificent and effective results with the nurses.

MSA continues to play a leading role in elevating the professional standards of the Egyptian community.
